Policies

Code of Conduct for Players

All players should:

  1. Follow the coaches’ instructions at all times.
     
  2. Treat everyone with respect and never try to harm anyone emotionally or physically.
     
  3. Treat all equipment with respect.
     
  4. Not use inappropriate or offensive language.
     
  5. Abide by the laws, rules and spirit of the game.
     
  6. Try to be punctual to any coaching sessions and matches.
     
  7. Show enthusiasm when learning to play the sport or during a match or competition.
     
  8. Respect any opponents, regardless of the outcome of the game.
     
  9. Set an example to any younger or less experienced players and help them out wherever possible.
     
  10. Not run when around the tables unless asked to do so by an adult.
     
  1. Not eat or drink during practice time or in the main hall.
     

Any players who are found to be breaking any of the rules within Haworth Hawks Code of Conduct shall be dealt with on an individual basis. If their actions are found to have been breaking the Code of Conduct, they will be dealt with according to Haworth Hawks Discipline procedure.
